  The Fonds Nature et Technologies was commissioned by the Ministry of Education, Leisure and Sports (MELS) in March 2004 to administer the program of scholarships for foreign students. Requests for information on the program offered by the MELS should be addressed to the Fonds Nature et Technologies.
